In the event you will need surgery or need a special test, these are the people who will help you get it scheduled and make sure you have all the items necessary to complete it successfully. You will be contacted by the surgery scheduler assigned to your doctor. When a surgery or test needs to be scheduled, they usually contact you within a week from the time of your appointment, depending on the urgency of the doctors’ request.
